Lauren McNeill is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in plant-based nutrition. She has a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics with a collaborative specialization in women's health, and runs the private practice and social media pages Tasting to Thrive where she shares plant-based nutrition, recipe and wellness information. She has a virtual private practice where she helps those who are vegetarian, vegan, plant-based or just wanting to incorporate more plant-based foods into their everyday eating pattern. She also runs an online program called Thriving on Plant-Based Fundamentals where she teaches everything you need to know to thrive on a plant-based diet.
