Angela Yvonne is a multifaceted talent and entrepreneur who believes in living a life unconventionally and with authenticity.
Born in Agana, Guam Graduating from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a double Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting and Public Relations, she became a successful publicist working with luxury brands Iwi Fresh and Flirt and Flutter with securing opportunities and creating memorable events.
Angela took a leap, moving to New York, betting on herself and became an on-air personality working with brands such as Dr.Oz ,Arise 360, The YBF.com and Internationally with Noni Chat in the UK and recently The Seed Food and Wine Festival.
A lifestyle change to Veganism/Plantbased birth the brand Vegan Pop Eats. Vegan Pop Eats aims to educate, showcase the hottest vegan spaces and trends and meet people where they are in their journey to plant based living.
Her infectious energy and passion for veganism has contributed to thoughts and as she says” My conversion rate is spectactacular” for her audience to see how living this way is an asset to life as a whole . She has interviewed entrepreneurs, ceo’s and celebrities who are making strides in the space such as NBA legend John Salley, Mya, John Lewis (Filmmaker, Badass Vegan) Lauren Toyota(Hot For Food) Alon Hochberg (Billion Vegans) Omowale Adeale ( Black VegFest) amongst others. Fluent in Pop Culture, she has become a familiar face on the red carpets as well.

Meet Genny Mack. Genny was born in El Paso, Texas, grew up in Philly, and now lives in Bronx, New York. She enjoys traveling with her husband Miguel, has experienced 26 countries, and lived in London, UK, and Bengaluru, India. Genny is a woman of many talents and dedicates her life to helping people heal through plant-based eating, movement, and mindfulness.
After leaving her full-time corporate career as a CPA for over 12 years, Genny decided to pursue her passion for wellness and founded theEATschool in 2021 as a plant-based philosophy. The principles of theEATschool are to Educate, Adopt and Transform. Her mission is to empower women to heal with plants and prioritize themselves to live abundantly.
Genny was diagnosed with Lupus, a chronic disease that predominantly affects women of color, in 2017 and has suffered many near-death experiences in 2018, such as being hospitalized with Stage IV Kidney Nephritis, Pneumonia, and Pleurisy (inflammation of the lungs). Genny has not let Lupus get in the way of transforming her life to feel good every day. Genny decided to take control of her life and understand how to heal her body from trauma.
Genny transformed her overall well-being by transitioning to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle and now has more mental clarity and energy than ever before. This led her to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Fitness Coach and has changed over 100+ women's lives through clean eating, movement and mindfulness.
Genny is inspired to uplift the community by the amazing works of nutritionist Tracye McQuirter and influencer Tabitha Brown, for example. Genny’s inspiration is to impact the lives of 10K+ women to adopt a plant-based lifestyle, feel better and heal our communities.
