Episode 6: Dr. Jonar de Guzman:
Dr. Jonar de Guzman, M.D., a board certified physician in Internal Medicine with Lifestyle Medicine certification, currently practices as a Hospitalist in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Jonar helps patients make drastic life changes toward healthy living and is a frequent speaker on Lifestyle Medicine, a relatively new field that focuses on evidence based lifestyle approaches to treat, prevent and potentially reverse chronic disease.
