Episode 8: Dr. Anne

Dr. Anne Hussain is a naturopathic doctor and period literacy advocate based out of Ontario, Canada. She helps menstruators optimise their periods, hormones, and fertility. Her personal experience with polycystic ovarian syndrome drives her passion to empower and educate menstruators to practice self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-advocacy. She believes that without health, we cannot show up for ourselves, our dreams and goals, and the people who matter most.

She personally is plant-based, loves eating chocolate, drinking tea, spending time in nature, and talking about menstrual health. She has created online program called Periodicity, which runs for 6 weeks and is a roadmap to peaceful periods and cyclical living. She runs the program live and the next round starts on April 7, 2021.
