Dr. Stephan Esser MD is a sports and lifestyle medicine physician and fourth generation plant-based eater. He is an advocate for educating and motivating patients to achieve their best health through personal lifestyle changes. He completed medical school at the University of South Florida, residency at Harvard and sports fellowship at Mayo clinic. He runs a busy sports medicine practice incorporating nutrition, standard care and cutting edge stem cell and growth factor injections. He is team physician for the University of North Florida varsity athletics, faculty member of two medical residencies and fellowships. In addition he and his wife host people in a healthy living Juice bungalow for those who need a retreat from the VP world to renew.
