t’s almost springtime - know what that means? FRESH VEGGIES. But more importantly, those immune boosting, delicious springtime superfoods that help your body after hibernating indoors all winter!

And…. maybe help you lose a few pounds along the way!

Still, there’s a little more to it than that! Not all veggies and fruits are made equally, if you know what I mean. Some offer more nutrients than others and should be a more frequent addition to your springtime diet.

Best Springtime Superfoods

I’ll always have my favorites - but, they’re my favorites for a reason! These seven superfoods are the best for boosting your natural health, immunity, and assisting with weight loss.

They’re not too hard to find either and most can be found at your local grocery store or farmers market. And, they’re pretty small and don’t have to be used in meals - they can work just as well as an early morning or late afternoon snack!

#1. Kale, the superfood “fountain of Youth”

Kale is a delicious, dark leafy green that appears during the spring (and every other part of the year!). It contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds that work wonders for your body!

#2. Cabbage, a little extra vitamin C & fiber

Best for your body when eaten raw, Cabbage is a healthy source of vitamin C and is high in fiber - giving you a ‘fuller’ feeling that lasts longer.

#3. Asparagus, high in probiotics and a boost for your metabolism
