Apple Pie Bake (batch cooking friendly)
This is one of the easiest things I've made that actually has an impactful flavor punch and could be eaten at literally any time of the day! Bonus: it can be made completely gluten free!
The thing that makes it so perfect is.... You can make it all in one container if you're really smart... saving you from cleaning one more dish 🤓
The other thing this recipe has going for it is that it's totally freezable. Eat what you want for a few days and then freeze the rest in "on the go containers" so you have something for yourself to eat if you know you'll be in the car that day, or something fast to throw into your kids lunch on co-op days.
Regardless if you eat it straight up warm right out of the oven with a generous douse of homemade date syrup or under a big bowl of your favorite nice cream for an epic lunch or as a dinner dessert, you're in luck because it's good either way.
